Who We Work With

THE CEHS CORE VALUES

DEATH TEACHES LIFE

Mortui vivos docent.

The dead teach the living. We know each one who has made the ultimate gift and given their body to science. We respect them, we honor them, we talk to them because the dead do teach the living. They are the ultimate faculty members.

PASSION BREEDS CREATIVITY

It begins intrinsically with an individual recognizing they can make the biggest difference. Whether it's a fire fighter, paramedic, doctor or combat medic, they come here for a human-to-human experience. We have combat medics who write us and tell us that what they did in our lab has made a difference for them out in the field and has allowed another soldier to come home and spend more time with their family.

EXPERIENCE THE FUTURE WITH US

The impact to emergency

medicine is somebody walking out of the hospital surviving something they otherwise wouldn’t have because of the work we’ve done. We can prove that. We have demonstrable quantifiable evidence that what we do makes a difference. In orthopedics it’s about someone with one less limp. One more person returning to running a marathon. We do this in recon, we do this in trauma, in anesthesiology, and neurosurgery…one less bit of numbness, one more return to function.
